Carmen is a professional with a diverse and enriching background in the real estate industry, which allows her to offer exceptional service tailored to each client’s needs. Originally from Puerto Rico, Carmen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, which cemented her professional career and strategic focus in real estate.

Between 1994 and 2005, she spent more than 10 years in the field of Urban Planning, both in the public and private sectors, gaining a unique perspective on community development and property values. In addition, since 1997, she has volunteered with Crown Financial Ministries and other non-profit organizations, providing financial counseling to couples and families on home buying issues, the most important investment for many households.

His formal foray into real estate began in 1998, when he completed over 200 hours of study in Real Estate Appraisal, developing key skills to help buyers and sellers determine optimal pricing. In 2005, he obtained his license as a real estate agent and became a REALTOR®.

In 2014, Carmen joined forces with Camille Viera-Hewell to found TheVine Team, LLC, marking a milestone in her career. In 2018, the two co-founded La Rosa Realty Georgia, LLC and the Lighthouse Business Center, an initiative that centralizes real estate services in Gainesville, GA.

With their combined expertise in planning, financial advisory and real estate sales, Carmen offers a comprehensive and unique approach to helping her clients achieve their goals, whether in residential or commercial properties. Her constant commitment to training and updating makes her a trusted advisor in an ever-changing real estate market.
